Craig has worked in publishing roles for the last thirty years. Built upon a solid foundation, with a degree in Graphic Information Design from Middlesex University, he has significant hands-on and senior management experience, through roles at The Economist and Elsevier Science in design, production, business process workflow optimisation, project and programme management. Craig has worked with a number of organisations in the private and public sectors, focussing upon business transformation, change management and technology implementation projects, through consultancy engagements with clients that include United Business Media (now part of Informa), Time Inc, The Houses of Parliament and The British Museum.
His most recent role was with Pearson Education, where he managed a team of publishing specialists across three continents. His work included leading on key initiatives in content management, accessibility and anti-piracy. He built a new team in India and worked on optimising the balance of onshore and offshore resources.
Craig is based near Cambridge and works with clients in London, as well as across the South-East, The Midlands and East Anglia.
